Mission

AN EVENT FOR PROFESSIONALS AND STUDENTS

CAVE is originally created from the ideas of Andreas Husballe, Jannick Lund and Christian Demény Rasmussen. They wanted to create a Danish hotspot for the world’s greatest concept artists to meet and share their knowledge through both talks and live show-and-tell sessions.

In cooperation with Viborg Animation Festival VAF, these three guys invite professionals from all over the world to come and share their experience and passion in the world of concept art in the city of Viborg, Denmark – one of the UNESCO cities. 

Sadly, the three founders parted ways as their studio shut down in 2023, but CAVE continues with the support of Creative Viborg. Jannick Lund is now the main organizer.

With great publicity comes great responsibility and soon after the summer event, CAVE was invited to be a part of Viborg Animation Festival VAF.

With little time but big visions CAVE proved yet again to be a success starring speakers:

Summer 2022

The first baby steps were taken, but with great visions, the first CAVE in the summer of 2022 could already introduce the great speakers:
